Many women who wear a C or D-cup do not think they can wear a Demi Bra. This is simply not true! A Demi is designed to enhance the bust without adding size; it’s a fantastic option for women who want lift and support but prefer less fabric and coverage.
Demis are also great for women who notice empty space or gapping at the top of their bra. If the top of your bra cup gapes, you may have what’s called “teardrop” shaped breasts. Demis cover and lift the lower half, your fullest part, to create subtle cleavage and a more comfortable and flattering fit.
Soma offers several Demi styles that are available in cup sizes A-D. One of my favorites, and our customers’ top-rated, is the Desiree.

I am a D-cup, but I hesitate to try a demi because in the past, when I bend over my breast falls out of the cup, or I get that weird quad-breasted look under my shirt.
Hi,
If you’re getting that “quad” effect, you may want to try a bra that has a deep cup with a sweetheart neckline, like our Full Coverage Rachel Bra. Rachel will give you “less coverage”, but allow your breasts to rest in cups without spilling over the top.
I hope this helps!
